  • Quality Inspection

    We will inspect the products by our inspectors or ask the customers to inspect together with us when finished.

  • Shipment

    We will ship the goods to the customers after getting the inspection result ok and the customers' confirmation.

Our company has a variety of production equipment and production lines, including 3 sets of 1.25T medium frequency electric furnaces; 3 cleaning shot blasting machines, 3 CNC lathes, 3 lathes, 2 clay sand fully automatic production lines, 1 clay sand semi-automatic production line, and 1 coated sand production line, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons.

Full-process Testing Capabilities

Longwan Machinery have the ability to conduct full-process quality inspection.

It has a complete set of molding sand inspection equipment such as the German SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, tensile testing machine, 3T Brinell hardness tester, sonic velocity meter, metallographic microscope, etc.; also have SAC hammer-type sample making machine, SWY hydraulic strength testing machine, SSZ vibration-type sand screening machine, SGS double-disc infrared dryer, etc., and has established a complete IATF 16949:2016 system standard to ensure the continuous stability of product quality.
